PHOTO RECOVERY SERVICE - "NO RECOVERY, NO CHARGE"
In situations where important, irreplaceable digital photographs have been accidentally deleted, digital media cards have been formatted before photos have been transferred to other storage media, or some other critical circumstance has resulted in the loss of your photos, there is a high probability that we can recover all of the lost images. However, it is important to note that recovery of all, or any lost data is not guaranteed. You pay a fixed rate recovery fee on SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY OF ONE OR MORE PHOTOGRAPHS. If recovery is impossible, you will receive an email message informing you of this and your media card will be returned to you in the condition in which it was received, at no charge.

PHOTO RECOVERY SUCCESS RATE?
If picture data is present on a media card the recovery rate can be high. However, recovery from formatted cards, or accidentally deleted files is manufacturer dependent. Data lost from digital cameras that use a proprietary format system cannot be recovered. Certain models from Sony, Fuji, and Olympus fall into this category.

HOW TO USE THIS SERVICE
Download an order form in Acrobat PDF or Word.doc format (right click, select "Save Target As"). After completing and signing the form mail it with your digital media card, preferably by recorded delivery if card contents are important, in a secure package, to the address below. Do not include payment at this stage. Please note; ePhotoAlbums.co.uk is not responsible for media cards that are lost or damaged during shipping. Media cards are sent at your own risk.

NOTIFICATION OF RECEIVED MEDIA CARD
As soon as we receive your media card you will be sent a confirmation email.

RECOVERY TOOLS AND SOFTWARE
The image recovery tools and software used by us ensures no risk of damage to your card or any further loss of data.

RECOVERED FILES
After full payment is received, all recovered files are burned to a CD-ROM disc and returned to you, with your media card, within five working days, by first class post.

RE-FORMAT YOUR MEDIA CARD
If you have ticked "Yes" on the order form's "Wipe digital media card after photo recovery" section, after successful image recovery, to ensure your media card's integrity, it is wiped clean. This returns the card to its factory settings. Because of this, the card will need to be re-formatted inside your camera. If you are unsure of this procedure please refer to your camera manufacturer's instructions.

UNSUCCESSFUL PHOTO RECOVERY
As stated above, in the unlikely event that we cannot recover any photos from your media card, it will be returned to you in the condition in which it was received. There will be no charge.

On-line payment is subject to Vat at current UK rate. On-line prices have been reduced to reflect the Vat element.
Including Vat and the current $US/£GB exchange rate, the on-line price should be approximately what you would pay if paying direct by cheque.
IMPORTANT: Please do not pay until you receive an email message from us confirming a successful recovery of one or more of your photos. As soon as on-line payment confirmation is received from RegNet, your recovered photographs burned to a CD-ROM disc, plus media card, will be returned to you in a secure package by first class post.
